Ticket Winners – Terms & Conditions

  1. The prize consists of match tickets to one Checkatrade Trophy game – the quantity of tickets and the fixture available to be determined by the prizegiver – no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. Winners will be chosen at random by Checkatrade or Checkatrade’s representatives at intermittent periods and at their discretion throughout the 2017/18 Checkatrade Trophy competition.
  3. The package does not include travel to or from the ground or any hospitality at the ground
  4. Entrants are reminded that tickets are issued subject to the respective home football club’s regulations and the Conditions of Entry relevant to those tickets.—final.pdf
  5. Fans are reminded that these tickets will be in the home end and seats are amongst home supporters. Any away supporters found in home areas may be ejected from the ground either for the purposes of their own safety or for any other reason.
  6. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries will only be allowed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any attempted interference with the running of this promotion will result in a void entry.
  7. If you have any special accessibility requirements, the venue will be contacted to check accessibility.  In some instances, notice of accessible seating may only be available at short notice. Please advise the prizegiver about special accessibility requirements as soon as possible.
  8. The competition is open to all UK residents except for employees of EFL Football Clubs, the EFL, Checkatrade, Hatch Communications, their immediate families, agents or anyone else associated with the administration
  9. This is not a Prize Draw of the EFL, any clubs or their respective group companies nor is there any liability or contractual obligation owed to prize winners by the EFL, clubs or respective group companies relating to the operation of this Prize Draw (save only in relation to any applicable conditions of issue for tickets and/or stadium regulations).
  10. Clubs will be notified of the Prize Draw winners and databases will be checked against any Club Banning Orders as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a court banning order.
  11. Under no circumstances can this prize be transferred to a third party or sold for any financial amount. This is a clear breach in conditions.
  12. No cash alternative will be offered
  13. The competition (entry mechanic) for the 2017/18 season will close on the 20th February 2018.
  14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value
  15. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into
  16. All entrants must be willing to participate in publicity should they be a winner, including using your name, image and town or county of residence for the purpose of announcing the winners of this prize draw and any other reasonable and related promotional purposes
  17. By entering this competition, you are giving permission for Checkatrade, their representatives and the EFL to contact you for the purpose of discussing the competition itself, or for marketing communications.
  18. We reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition if, in our sole discretion, the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified in the competition rules
